Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM) is a gentle form of massage designed to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid through the lymph system to cleanse and detoxify, as well as build your immunity. It is helpful for those who struggle with edema, are in recovery from surgery, have had toxic exposure, or are doing a cleanse.

Balancing Chi is the key to health and wellness. This massage integrates a variety of Eastern massage techniques, including Shiatsu, Thai and Chinese Massage, to regulate the Chi through the Meridian system. Woven into your session are range-of-motion techniques to open joints and ease your movement, as well as stretches to deepen your flexibility. Your session includes the use of essential oils on specific Acupressure points chosen to address your specific health concerns.
