This course is an exploration of the nervous system from the Chinese perspective. A tense nervous system is Constrained Chi, and manifests as shoulder-neck tension, headaches, insomnia, digestive tension, or menstrual tension. A weak nervous system, on the other hand, would be Deficient Chi, and shows up as fatigue, low immunity, poor concentration, weak digestion or scanty periods. In this class, you will learn specific Aroma Acutouch sequences (using Essential Oils to activate Acupoints) to address each of these imbalances. Perfect for the massage world!
